Diamond pastes for dental materials

SOLID DIAMOND POLISHING PASTE

Diamond paste for polishing ceramics, metals, composite materials, lithium disilicate glass ceramics, zirconium oxide, etc.
The paste is hard, adheres well to felt or felt wheels or brushes, does not splash, which makes it easy to use and economical.
It is recommended to use with wheels suitable for a rotation speed of 5000 - 10000 rpm.

Since the pastes contain diamond powder, they cannot be used directly in the oral cavity, as the powder can enter the gastrointestinal tract.
The pastes are easily washed off with water.

Weight: 15 g, individual order possible

Grain sizes:

Start - 3/2 microns - the largest grain size in the set, semi-glossy surface, which, however, is sufficient in most cases.
Medium - 1/0 microns - for intermediate operations, glossy surface.
Finish - 0.5/0 microns - the smallest grain size, super glossy surface.

How to use:

1. Apply diamond paste with a rotating wheel or brush (5,000 - 10,000 rpm).
2. Polish the desired surface with moderate pressure, holding the object firmly in your hand.
3. Change the direction of polishing the surface again and again, preferably in a circle.
4. As soon as the polishing effect decreases, apply more diamond paste.
5. Rinse the polished object under running water.

Shelf life and storage conditions: 2 years, in a dry place, as the paste is hygroscopic.

Ingredients: diamond powder, water-soluble pharmaceutical grade base
Safety Data Sheet

Why use our solid diamond paste

It provides unparalleled precision and the ability to achieve a high-gloss, natural-looking finish on hard restorations like porcelain, zirconia, and composite resins. Its microscopic diamond particles act as ultra-hard cutting tools that smooth surfaces at a microscopic level, significantly reducing surface roughness.

Key Benefits for Dental Restorations

Superior Aesthetics: It creates a high-luster, reflective surface that mimics natural tooth enamel, allowing crowns, veneers, and fillings to blend seamlessly with surrounding teeth.
Plaque Resistance: By smoothing out microscopic peaks and valleys, the paste reduces the surface's porosity. This makes it more difficult for plaque, bacteria, and stains to adhere to the restoration.
Enhanced Longevity: Highly polished surfaces are less prone to developing micro-cracks or surface wear over time, which improves the overall durability of the dental work.
Precision and Control: The fine, uniform grit of diamond particles allows dental professionals to refine the surface without damaging the underlying material or surrounding tooth structure.

Material Compatibility
Our diamond pastes are designed to work effectively across a broad range of materials:
Ceramics: Including porcelain, zirconia, glass-ceramics, and lithium disilicate.
Composites: Both direct and indirect resin-based nanohybrid composites.
Metals: Including gold, amalgam, and other precious metals used in restorations.

Competetiveness
Like leading competing solutions, our solid diamond paste for dental materials is available for various levels of precision processing, while offering affordable prices from a well-known Poltava manufacturer.
